Good Health is Earned

Good health is a gift that we earn through living in balance with Nature. We tend to place ourselves in circumstances where that gift is compromised by the following obstacles:

  • Negative Attitude
  • Unhealthy Habits
  • Evil Relationships
  • Lowered Awareness
  • Damaging Food and Drink

Negative Attitude

A determined person, with a healthy attitude and nature’s medicine puts a stop to disease and begins to overcome unhealthy effects of harmful circumstance.The attitude you take in life and its issues will have an effect on your physical body. In spite of circumstance a healthy attitude arranges the stage for happiness.

Unhealthy Habits

It is easy to buy into unhealthy habits that compromise our health. Every pattern in life becomes a habit that is trained into our life, or genetically transferred. We create habits to survive on automatic without thinking about what we are doing. Dumping habits that compromise our health can be done by:

  • Awareness of  your Automatic Habit Circumstance
  • Replacing Harmful Habits with healthier ones

Evil Relationships

Relationships underpin humanity and damage to our health occurs when relationship building is based without attention to the inner healer. If you create relationships with the following state of mind you will make few mistakes.

  • Love yourself
  • Beware of your ego
  • Beware of your anger
  • Accept your flaws
  • Eliminate negative self talk
  • Beware of who helps
  • Accept responsibility

Lowered Awareness

When awareness decreases the tendency to give in to harmful situations leads to problems. Raised awareness brings in possibilities. Things that decrease awareness:

  • Drugs of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Lack of sleep
  • Overthinking

Damaging food and drink

You are what you eat. Unhealthy food and drink are more common than healthy foods as the result of the modern food production and food production requires unhealthy elements to protect the processing and distribution channels. The most dangerous to healthy living are:

  • Sweeteners: Processed Sugar, Corn Syrup,
  • Salt as preservative
  • Synthetic Additives
  • Chemical Preservatives
  • Polluted water

It is difficult to find any product on the supermarket shelf that is not adulterated in some way. The best food is new in Nature and should be eaten fresh and clean.

Serve your inner self

The highest purpose of your intellect is to gain a more perfect knowledge and mastery of your inner self.  These obstacles stand in every persons path and the emotion of the moment determines decisions.
